Job Title: Customer Support Executive – US Healthcare (Inbound Voice)
Location:Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata (On-site with complimentary cab drop facility)
Shift & Schedule:
1. Night shift aligned with U.S. time zones
2. Monday to Friday working days
3. Fixed weekends off – Saturday & Sunday
Role Overview:
1. Handle inbound calls from U.S. healthcare customers.
2. Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
3. No sales targets involved in this process.
Requirements:
1. Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
2. Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation/Diploma is an advantage).
3. Comfortable working in night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones.
4. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Compensation & Benefits:
1. In-hand salary: ₹15,000 – ₹19,000 per month.
2. Travel allowance and subsidized meals.
3. Free cab drop after night shift.
4. Attendance bonus of ₹1,000 per month.
5. Annual performance bonus up to ₹15,000.
6. PF and ESI coverage.
