Job Description – Technical Customer Service Executive
Job Role
We are hiring Technical Customer Service Executives for an international UK telecom process.
This is not a complete technical support role. The position primarily involves technical customer service, where you will assist UK customers with telecom-related queries, basic troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.

Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls from the UK and provide professional assistance.
- Understand and resolve customer queries related to telecom services.
- Perform basic technical troubleshooting and guide customers through solutions.
- Provide clear information about products, services, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain good customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Accurately update customer information and call details in the system.
Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good English communication skills are required.
- Candidates should have good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Willingness to work in UK shifts/night shifts.
- Candidates with a customer service or BPO background can also apply.
