Aircraft Datalink Systems Customer Support Engineer (ATA 46)

Seeking aviation professionals with strong expertise in ATA 46 Information Systems and aircraft
datalink technologies.
Mandatory Skills:
• ATA 46 Information Systems
• ACARS, CPDLC, ADS-C
• FANS 1/A+, ATN B1
• ATSU, SATCOM, VDL Mode 2
• Airbus fleet support experience preferred
• Strong customer-facing technical support experience
Experience: 5-8+ years in Avionics, Aircraft Connectivity, Flight Operations Support, or Customer
Services.
Certification Required:
■ CSE (Customer Support Engineer) Certification
Preferred Aircraft: A320 Family, A330, A350, A380
What You'll Do:
Support Airbus operators worldwide, troubleshoot datalink issues, perform root cause
investigations, and act as a technical SME for ATA 46 systems.
