About the Role:

• Handle inbound & outbound international customer calls and provide customer support related to e-commerce, orders, transactions, and products.
• Resolve International customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and quality standards.
• Update customer interactions and details in the system.
• Follow company communication guidelines and processes.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when needed.

Qualifications

• Fresher to 3 years of experience in Customer Service in an International Process.
• Excellent English communication skills required (C1).
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts & rotational week-offs.

Pay range and compensation package

The maximum budget is 3.2 LPA; please apply if you are comfortable with it.
