- Minimum 6 months of experience into International Voice Process.
- Customer Support experience is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical, and customer handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver customer support via phone, email, and text.
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Monitored deliveries and handle exceptions proactively.
