Dashboard Developer

Required Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in dashboard development and data visualization.
• Proven experience in extracting data from Data Warehouses and developing dashboards based on predefined business criteria.
• Experience publishing dashboards for executive leadership and senior management consumption.
• Experience developing dashboards for web-based applications or websites.

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Python-based visualization technologies, including:
• Plotly
• Dash
• Matplotlib
• Seaborn
• Bokeh (preferred)
• Strong experience with at least one leading visualization platform such as:
• Tableau
• Grafana
• Power BI
• Qlik Sense
• Looker (preferred)
• Proficiency in:
• SQL
• Data Modeling
• Data Warehousing concepts
• ETL/Data Extraction processes
• Understanding of:
• KPI development
• Data storytelling
• Dashboard UX/UI best practices
• Performance optimization techniques

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and business interaction skills.
• Ability to gather requirements directly from senior leadership and business teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and web application integration.
• Experience building real-time dashboards and monitoring solutions.
• Exposure to data governance and security best practices.
