About the Role
We are looking for a business minded Data Analyst with 4+ years of core data analytics experience with demonstrated business impact. Strong understanding of business funnels, conversion drop-offs, and revenue diagnostic techniques. In this role, you won‘t just report numbers you will dive deep into our sales and marketing funnels, diagnose underlying performance drops, work directly with cross-functional leaders, and deliver insights that directly impact revenue and efficiency.

Required Skills
- Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and how data impacts decision-making.
- Hands-on proficiency with Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (XLOOKUP, QUERY, complex formulas) and SQL querying.
- Proven ability to track and optimize key business metrics across Sales, Marketing, and Operations (e.g., CAC, CPL, ROAS, Conversion Rates, Retention).
- Strong stakeholder management skills to translate business needs into data solutions independently.
