About the Role:

We are looking for a Data Analyst (Fresher) who is curious about data and excited to turn numbers into insights. You’ll work with teams across the business to support reporting, dashboards, and basic analysis that helps decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and organise data from multiple sources (Excel/Sheets/SQL exports).
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and summaries.
• Build and maintain dashboards in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and share insights.
• Support ad-hoc data requests from business teams.
• Maintain documentation of reports, metrics, and definitions.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Required Skills:

• Strong basics of Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, charts).
• Understanding of data cleaning and formatting.
• Basic knowledge of SQL (SELECT, WHERE, JOIN, GROUP BY is a plus).
• Good analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Clear communication and ability to present findings simply.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in BCA/BSc/BE/BTech/BA/BCom/MBA or similar (any stream with data interest).
• Freshers and 2024/2025/2026 pass-outs welcome.
