Required Skills & Experience:
• 4 to 6 years of experience in database administration with a focus on MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Oracle databases.
• Hands-on experience with database backups, performance tuning, query optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of high availability (HA) setups for databases and systems.
• Good understanding of security best practices for database environments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Nice to have Skills:
• Experience with database management tools (e.g., Percona Monitoring and Management (PMM)).
• Experience with MongoDB Ops Manager and database replication strategies.
• Certifications in database management or related technologies are a plus.
Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
