Deputy Cluster Head- Pune

We are hiring a Deputy Cluster Head to drive franchise business growth and manage operations across the Maharashtra market.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Franchise Management, Channel/Dealer Management, Business Development, Team Handling, and a proven understanding of the Maharashtra market.

Mandatory: Resource must be from Maharashtra region

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Experience: 10–13 Years

Travel: Pune, Western Maharashtra, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Kalyan and other Maharashtra regions

Required Skills & Experience

• 10–13 years of overall experience
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Banking, Insurance, Telecom, similar industries
• Strong experience in Franchise Management / Dealer Management / Channel Management
• Proven experience in Franchise/Dealer appointment and business development
• 8–10+ years of team-handling experience preferred/required
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of the Maharashtra market
• Candidates with experience handling Pune, Western Maharashtra, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Kalyan or wider Maharashtra territories will be preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra
• English, Hindi and Marathi language proficiency required
