Location: Gurgaon

️ Working Days: Monday- Saturday (Sat- WFH)

⏰ Work Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM

Experience Required: 5-10 years

Job Description :

Ideal Candidate-

• A genuine interest in education and in helping young people make important decisions about their future.
• A strong, empathetic people leader who can bring out the best in a student-facing team while holding a high bar on quality.
• 6+ years of experience in student engagement, admissions, counselling, or other relationship-driven, customer-facing roles, with at least 2–3 years in a team leadership position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the credibility to lead meaningful conversations with students and parents.
• Comfort with data — able to read reports, spot trends, and make thoughtful, evidence-based decisions.
• A humble, coachable and growth-oriented mindset — someone who is always ready to learn, take feedback and get better.
