Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Dermatologist role based in Bengaluru. The Dermatologist will provide outpatient consultations, diagnose and treat a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions, and manage common concerns such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, infections, and pigmentary disorders. The role includes performing dermatological and cosmetic procedures as appropriate, advising on preventive skin care and long-term treatment plans, and collaborating with other clinicians to ensure integrated care for members. The Dermatologist will document clinical findings accurately in the digital health system, adhere to evidence-based guidelines, and participate in patient education initiatives and follow-up review.
Qualifications

• Strong clinical foundation in Medicine and Dermatology, with the ability to diagnose and manage acute and chronic skin conditions.
• Expertise in Acne management and related disorders, including evidence-based medical and procedural treatments.
• Skills in Cosmetology and Cosmetic Dermatology, including non-invasive and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures.
• Recognized medical degree (MBBS) with a specialization such as MD/DNB/Diploma in Dermatology or equivalent, and valid medical registration.
• Experience working in outpatient or clinic settings; prior experience in urban, member-focused or digital-enabled practices is an advantage.
• Commitment to patient-centered care, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Comfort with using electronic medical records and digital tools for documentation, scheduling, and patient follow-up.
• Willingness to maintain up-to-date knowledge of dermatology guidelines, cosmetic trends, and safety standards.
