AUTOCAD DRAWINGS

• PANEL INTERNAL & EXTERNAL GA
• SINGLE LINE DRIAGRAM
• SYSTEM CONFIGURATION
• EARTHING SCHEME

EPLAN DRAWINGS

• PANEL INTERNAL & EXTERNAL GA
• SYSTEM CONFIGURATION
• POWER CKT. DIAGRAM
• CONTROL CKT. DIAGRAM
• PLC IO CKT DIAGRAM
• CABLE SCHEDULE
• LABEL LIST
• TERMINAL LAYOUT /DRAWING, TERMINAL LOOP DRAWINGS
• BOM GENERATION THRO EPLAN & IN EXCEL
• DESIGN SPECS
• DATA BASE GENERATION
• EPLAN DRAWING STANDARDISATION AS BUILT & AS COMMISSIONED DRAWINGS
• REPORTING TO DESIGN ENGINEER - IN HIS ABSENCE TO PROJECT MANAGER

PROJECT EXECUTION & MONITORING

• Coordinate with Client for Detail Project Design Inputs, Clarification if any
• Receive Design Inputs & clarification from Client
• Submit Drawings to the Client for approval
• Raise Indent & Float Enquiries to the Vendors
• Receive offers from the vendors & do the Technical evaluation
• Forward to Purchase department for commercial negotiations and Placing orders
• Co-ordinate with Purchase Team / Vendors for timely supply of material
• Do Follow-up with Panel Builders & if required do visits for timely delivery of Panel
• Visit to Panel builder on completion of Panel manufacturing for QC verification and prepare Internal Inspection Report
• Raise inspection call to Client & do FAT
• Take dispatch clearance from Client/Consultants
• Prepare Packing List & take acknowledgement from the vendor & submit to Purchase Team and Instruct to prepare Invoice and make arrangement for dispatch.
