We are seeking experienced professionals for an Automotive Chassis Design & Development opportunity in Chennai.

Qualification: B.E. Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)

Mandatory Skills
- CATIA V5/V6
- 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX)
- Chassis CAD Design
- GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
- Sheet Metal Design
Key Responsibilities
- Design and development of Chassis Systems, including Brakes, Suspension, and Wheels/Tires.
- Create and maintain CAD models, assemblies, and engineering drawings using CATIA V5/V6 and 3DX.
- Apply GD&T standards and support product development activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design quality and manufacturability.
Preferred Experience
- Automotive Chassis Design & Development
- Teamcenter Engineering & Vis Mockup
- Manufacturing Processes and Product Development
- Knowledge of Ford GPDS, WERS, DPA01, and GCM processes is an advantage
