Role Description

This is a full time on-site role as a Desktop Support Engineer at Intopz Technologies Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru. The role involves providing technical assistance and support for desktop systems, hardware, and software issues.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in troubleshooting desktop systems, hardware, software and MS office 365
• Laptop & Windows OS support, hardware troubleshooting, license, and security management
• Email provisioning, issue triaging, and policy compliance, Office 365 suite support (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint), MFA rollout
• Printer installation & support, AMC renewals for all hardware/software
• Vendor management (Invoice/Bills)for hardware/software.
• Internet, wireless, firewall maintenance and access issues
• Procurement support for laptops, monitors, peripherals, and networking gear
• Centralised asset management via Smartopz, vendor coordination, warranty/license renewals
• Backup & disaster recovery for critical data and mail systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
• Certifications in relevant technologies are a plus
