Email Security Analyst

Job Description:

Experience: 3–6 years

Location: Hyderabad

Shift: Rotational | 24×7

Notice Period: Immediate

Key Skills & Experience:

• 3–6 years of experience in Email Operations, Email Security, Trust & Safety, SOC environments
• Strong expertise in spam & abuse mitigation
• Hands-on experience with Splunk, SIEM. EDR
• Strong understanding of SMTP, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
• Experience managing operations in a 24×7 environment
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience with Proofpoint and email security workflows is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure SLA, productivity, and quality targets are consistently achieved
• Monitor and analyze trends in spam, phishing, spoofing, and email abuse
• Drive proactive mitigation strategies and security improvements
• Conduct incident reviews, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement corrective/preventive actions
• Leverage Splunk to build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and generate actionable insights
• Ensure compliance with SPF, DKIM, DMARC and other email security standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and multi-vendor partners
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and automation
