About the Role
The Vendor Development & Application Engineer is responsible for identifying, developing, qualifying, and managing suppliers to ensure a reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality supply base. The role focuses on supplier capability enhancement, localization, cost optimization, quality improvement, and timely delivery while providing technical application support for product selection and customer-specific solutions whenever required.
Pre-requisites:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
- 4–6 years of experience in Vendor Development, Supplier Quality, Strategic Sourcing, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience in precision machining, fabrication, pneumatics, automation, or industrial products will be an added advantage.
- Language Proficiency – English
- Age – within 25 to 30 years (Preferred Male)
- Industry: Preferred from manufacturing industry
