Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of overall IT experience
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Essbase / Hyperion Planning support
- Strong experience in SQL Server Database Administration
- SQL performance tuning, monitoring, and optimization
- Experience in data loads, metadata management, and cube maintenance
- Application server support and troubleshooting
- Incident management, root cause analysis, and production support
- Experience in database security, backup, recovery, and maintenance
- Strong SQL scripting and database troubleshooting skills
Good-to-Have Skills
- Microsoft Azure infrastructure support
- .NET application support
- PowerShell or automation scripting
- ITIL-based support processes
- Monitoring tools and performance management
- Experience with enterprise reporting platforms
