Designation: Process Associate
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries and issues via email or chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately enter, update, and manage data across multiple systems and databases.
- Troubleshoot customer problems, provide actionable solutions, and escalate complex issues to senior support teams as required
- Must-Have:
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Arts & Science, candidate should be a Fresher (2024 to 2026 Passed out).
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor‘s degree in any discipline is preferred. - Arts & Science
- BTECH, IT, MCA, BE are not eligible to apply
