Finacle Techno-Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Finacle Techno-Functional Consultant with strong functional expertise in Finacle Retail Loans and hands-on experience in Finacle scripting.

Location: Chennai

Experience: 7-10 Years

Domain: Banking / Core Banking

Notice Period: Only Immediate Joiners - Maximum 30 Days

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain Finacle scripts based on business and functional requirements.
• Demonstrate strong functional knowledge of the Finacle Retail Loans module.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into solution/functional documents.
• Work closely with business teams, technical teams, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Manage stakeholder communication, requirement clarification, solution design, development, testing, and implementation activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Finacle-related functional and technical issues.
• Contribute to Finacle 11.x implementation, customization, and enhancement activities.

Required Skills :

• 7+ years of experience in a banking technology environment.
• Strong hands-on experience in Finacle Scripting.
• Mandatory: In-depth functional knowledge of Finacle Retail Loans module.
• Good technical knowledge of Finacle 11.x.
• Strong understanding of Banking / Core Banking processes.
• Experience in requirement analysis and solution documentation.
• Good understanding of SDLC and ability to handle end-to-end delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Oracle / SQL.
