🚨 Hiring: Finance Operations Customer Service Specialist | Pune
Location: Pune – Work from Office
Experience: 5+ years
CTC: Up to 12 LPA
⏰ Shift: 6 PM – 3 AM | Monday–Friday
🚨 Immediate Joiners Preferred
Must-Have Skills:
- Accounts Payable / Procurement / Travel & Expenses experience
- Finance/Procurement Helpdesk experience – Essential
- SAP Concur experience – Essential
- Contact Centre calibre voice and accent
- Strong English verbal and written communication
- Strong email writing and MIS skills
- Good understanding of P2P / AP processes
- Customer query and complaint resolution
- Willingness to work from office all 5 days for the first 6 months
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance or Business Administration
