Job Description

What You'll Do

• Design and build end-to-end product features across mobile, web, and backend systems.
• Develop scalable APIs and backend services using Python and Django.
• Build modern, responsive user interfaces with React Native and TypeScript.
• Own GraphQL architecture, database design, and application performance.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO on product strategy and technical decisions.
• Improve system reliability, testing, deployment pipelines, and developer experience.
• Ship high-impact features in a fast-paced startup environment with significant ownership.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Full Stack Software Engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript and modern frontend development.
• Hands-on experience with React Native for mobile applications.
• Solid backend development experience using Python and Django.
• Experience building and consuming GraphQL APIs.
• Strong understanding of SQL databases, RESTful services, and scalable architecture.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at an early-stage or venture-backed startup.
• Familiarity with AI-powered products or workflow automation.
• Experience deploying cloud applications and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong product mindset with excellent communication skills.
