Job description (Full Stack Developer)

Job Location: Bengaluru/Gurugram

Shift Timing: 1:00PM IST – 10:00 PM IST

Experience: 5+ years

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end features.
• Design and consume RESTful APIs for efficient communication between front-end and back-end services.
• Maintain and optimize databases (SQL and NoSQL) for performance and scalability.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and version control best practices using modern DevOps tools.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications across multiple environments.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and continuously improve development practices

Skills:

Must have:

• Front-End: Strong proficiency in JavaScript and React.js (or similar modern JS framework).
• Back-End: Hands-on experience with Python, NODEJs and/or Java.
• APIs: Ability to design, build, and consume RESTful APIs.
• Databases: Solid understanding of SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB).
• Version Control: Experience with Git / Azure DevOps or equivalent.
• CI/CD: Working knowledge of CI/CD tools and AWS CDK and deployment pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, PyTest).
• Awareness of security best practices and performance tuning
• Understanding of BI tools(Databricks/Tableau)

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Familiarity with microservices architecture and Agile development practices.
