Job Description
8 to 12 years of hands-on Functional experience on Oracle Cloud Payroll, OTL and Benefits modules.
The candidate must have Implementation & Support experience on SaaS HCM Modules in
Compensation, OTL, Benefits & Payroll.
Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to
customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle SaaS HCM.
Ability to work with technical team in explaining the requirements.
Experience in functional design documentation and functional testing & Regression testing.
Ability to handle tickets independently as an Individual contributor and also lead the projects
At least should have worked on a minimum 4+ end to end implementations on above modules.
Should have a good understanding of Workflow Notifications, Approval configurations, Security.
Experience in handling data conversions (HDL/HSDL), Fast Formula and BI Reporting is an added
advantage
Good communication, presentation, and inter-personnel skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
