Shift: 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM IST

Key Skills

• NAV process & expense calculation

• Financial markets knowledge

• Reconciliation & fund services

• Mutual Fund / Hedge Fund operations

• Expense calculation and analysis

• Strong communication and stakeholder management

• Exception management and issue resolution

Key Responsibilities

• Manage SLA-based critical activities and deliver high-quality outputs under pressure

• Handle exceptions and drive timely resolution

• Identify and escalate discrepancies and potential delays

• Manage group email inboxes and respond to queries within SLA

• Allocate daily work and monitor team deliverables

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for process-related queries

• Serve as the first escalation point for operational issues

• Manage email and query queues effectively

• Prepare and deliver accurate MIS and performance metrics

• Ensure accurate closure of end-of-day activities and checklists

Ideal Candidate

Professionals with 3+ years of experience in fund services, financial operations, reconciliation, NAV, expense processing, or investment operations, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
