General Sales Manager – Paper Industry

• Experience: 15+ years in Paper Industry Sales & Marketing.
• Lead Sales, Marketing & Business Development to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Experience in Writing & Printing Paper, Newsprint or Tissue Paper.
• Strong exposure to Government Tenders / E-Tendering, from tender identification to bidding, negotiation and order execution.
• Manage institutional, corporate, government, dealer and distributor channels.
• Develop key accounts, new markets and strategic business relationships.
• Handle pricing, commercial negotiations, sales targets and collections.
• Lead and mentor the sales team and monitor market/competitor trends.
• Coordinate with production, supply chain, dispatch and finance for smooth order execution.
• Strong network with Government Departments, PSUs, institutional buyers and corporate clients preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
