Position: General Manager – Exports
Experience: 13+ Years
Location: Kochi / Ahmedabad / Bangalore
Companies preferred: Experience with reputed food companies exporting branded, frozen and non-frozen food products to USA, Europe and GCC markets, particularly in categories such as cakes, bakery products, cookies, rice, flours, and staple foods, will be strongly preferred.
Skills Required: Strong expertise in exporting branded, non-frozen food products (cakes, bakery items, cookies, rice, flours, and staples) to GCC markets, with sound knowledge of distributor management, export documentation, GCC regulatory and Halal compliance, commercial negotiations, demand planning, and coordination with supply chain and logistics teams
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Achievement of overall sales budget (Country wise and Category wise Volume/Value) monthly/quarterly/annually.
- Profitability – Country wise and overall profitability
- Preparation of Export Sales Budget along with ATL & BTL budget
- Overseas market visits for market mapping, distributor relationship management & assess the market scenario w.r.t. Elite products and its competition.
- New product development – Business plan for new products in terms of pricing, volume projections, and resources required BTL plans, etc.
- Order management through team for timely order dispatches.
- Stock Out report analysis reports of distributors and order management on timely basis.
- Budgetary review
- Manpower & other resources budgeting
