General Manager / Sr. GM - Commercial Sales

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Candidate of Commercial Sales to lead our sales operations in the Delhi NCR region, with a focus on Noida and Greater Noida markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate and a proven track record in channel sales and commercial sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership: Spearhead channel sales and commercial sales activities across the Delhi NCR region, with a special focus on Noida and Greater Noida.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring effective execution of business strategies to achieve targeted goals.
• Channel Support: Provide comprehensive channel support, including product training, to ensure the sales team is well-equipped to meet objectives.
• Sales & Marketing Tools: Utilize advanced sales and marketing tools to drive business growth and enhance the effectiveness of sales initiatives.
• Market Knowledge: Leverage in-depth knowledge of the Noida and Greater Noida real estate markets to identify opportunities and drive sales performance.
• Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies that align with overall business goals.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and channel partners.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 20+ years of experience in real estate commercial sales, with a strong focus on the Noida and Greater Noida markets.
• Leadership: Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing sales teams.
• Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the Noida and Greater Noida real estate landscape, including market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Result-Oriented: Strong analytical skills with a focus on achieving measurable results.
