Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1 year of professional experience. The candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for digital and print media, aligned with brand guidelines and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design marketing materials such as social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, and advertisements
• Create visual concepts that communicate ideas effectively
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver creative solutions
• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all platforms
• Work on UI/UX design elements for websites and mobile apps (basic level expected)
• Edit images, illustrations, and layouts using design software
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
• Strong creativity and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to take feedback and iterate designs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects/Premiere Pro is a plus)
• Portfolio showcasing previous work
