Job Description
What You'll Do
- Identify high-impact use cases for GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and automation.
- Translate customer needs into technically viable AI solutions.
- Build and support prototypes, demos, and proof-of-concepts.
- Participate in customer discovery and technical solution discussions.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to influence product direction.
- Research emerging AI technologies and opportunities within senior care.
- Help take new solutions from concept to real-world customer adoption.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree required in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Degree from a highly regarded engineering/technical institution preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in AI/ML, GenAI, software engineering, or applied AI.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, GenAI, APIs, and modern AI architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial, curious, and excited by a fast-moving startup environment.
