Job Description

- Assist guests with food and beverage service requirements.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards are maintained.
- Support food counters and dining area operations.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth guest experience.
- Handle customer queries in a professional manner.
- Follow food safety and company SOP guidelines.
Desired Profile
- Hotel Management Graduate/Diploma preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in hotels, restaurants, cafés, QSRs, food courts, or corporate cafeterias.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Customer-focused and service-oriented attitude.
- Good grooming and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
