Role: Level 1 (Customer Service Representative)
Location: Nagpur
Shift: 24x7 Rotational
Week Offs: 2 Rotational Offs
Experience: Fresher
What You’ll Do:
Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and tickets
Perform initial troubleshooting & issue resolution
Log and manage incidents using ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred)
Ensure timely updates, follow-ups, and proper documentation
Escalate complex issues to higher support levels
Deliver high customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills
Basic IT troubleshooting knowledge
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Freshers & early professionals are welcome
B.Tech, BCA, MCA and M.Tech not eligible
