Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as Head Chef within high-end fine dining
- Expert knowledge and strong culinary credentials in Italian cuisine
- International experience within leading restaurants or luxury hospitality groups
- Strong pre-opening and kitchen set-up experience highly advantageous
- Quick starters who are flexible and able to relocate/travel at short notice preferred
- Single-status candidates ideally suited to the requirements of the assignment
