Position: Sonic Audit Specialist - Hindi
Type: Contract
Compensation: $18/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI training data in Hindi by auditing transcriptions and forced alignments.
- Review audio recordings and transcriptions for accuracy, applying error codes and providing rationale.
- Verify and correct segment timestamps in audio, ensuring alignment with spoken words.
- Collaborate asynchronously, maintaining high standards across judgments.
- Work independently to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Native or near-native command of Hindi as spoken in India.
- Strong English reading and writing skills.
- Disciplined rubric application for consistent judgment.
- Experience in transcription, subtitling, localization, or linguistic annotation.
Preferred
- Prior AI data annotation or model evaluation experience.
- Background in phonetics or linguistics.
- Experience with audio editing or waveform tools.
