Mandatory / Core Skills

• 5–7 years of software / solution engineering experience
• Hands-on experience building AI-enabled applications
• Microsoft Power Automate – Mandatory
• Experience integrating AI services, APIs and enterprise platforms
• Azure / Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Prompt Engineering
• Understanding of RAG concepts
• AI solution evaluation, orchestration and monitoring
• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Experience working with distributed/global teams
• Excellent English communication skills – Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deliver end-to-end AI features such as chatbots, copilots and AI-assisted workflows
• Integrate AI models and services through APIs and microservices
• Develop AI-powered business processes using Power Automate
• Build conversational AI solutions using Copilot Studio
• Apply prompt engineering, orchestration and evaluation techniques
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering and Business teams
• Ensure secure, reliable and responsible AI solutions in production
• Work with global teams across India and Germany
