Job Description
Around 3 years of experience in HRIS or Workday environment.
Strong Workday Prism knowledge (At least 1 year or couple of project)
Reporting experience (2 years ideally, at least 1 year).
Advanced Excel skills.
Nice to Have: General Workday HCM knowledge. SnapLogic tool exposure.
Education Qualificaiton : Bachelor in Engineering
Scope & Responsibilities: Support ongoing HR reporting, analytics activities and BAU services within the HRIS team.
Support small enhancements and feature requests.
Manage BAU incidents and issue resolution.
Support People Analytics initiatives.
Assist with reporting and HR data analysis activities.
Provide ongoing support for existing HRIS solutions.
Daily Tasks include:
Workday Prism support and maintenance.
Report development and troubleshooting.
Incident management.
User support activities.
Small configuration changes and enhancements
