About the Role
Customize, configure and develop IAM solution integrations and architect, design and implement large scale IAM solutions while interacting with clients in an on-site and offshore delivery model and leading IAM strategy and business development activities.
Responsibilities
Customize, configure and develop IAM solution integrations Architect, design and implement large scale IAM solutions Interact with clients, including working with client teams in an on-site and offshore delivery model Advanced debugging and troubleshoot issues including interacting with technology vendors Mentor junior resources and explore new IAM technologies Contribute to eminence activities such as whitepapers pertaining to IAM technologies Lead requirements gathering, design documentation by conducting workshops in onsite offshore delivery model for multiple projects Customize, configure and develop IAM solution integrations using requirements and design and independently manage project deliverables to successful completion Lead IAM strategy engagements (IAM roadmap, vendor selection etc.) Enabling business development by assisting in RFP and sales processes Spearhead exploring new IAM trends and technologies Participate in campus / lateral recruitment
