Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IFS PSO Functional Consultant with 5+ years of experience in IFS Applications/IFS Cloud. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the PSO module while working closely with business stakeholders to optimize project planning, resource scheduling, and service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to project scheduling and resource planning.
• Configure and implement IFS PSO solutions based on business needs.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and provide functional recommendations.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and process documentation.
• Support end-to-end implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Work closely with technical teams for integrations and enhancements.
• Conduct SIT, UAT, and user training sessions.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide ongoing support.
• Collaborate with project managers, business users, and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IFS Applications / IFS Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Project Scheduling & Optimization (PSO).
• Strong understanding of:
• Project Management
• Resource Planning & Allocation
• Service Management
• Work Order Scheduling
• Experience in requirements gathering and solution design.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
