Role Summary
STYLI is looking for a detail-oriented Image Editor to join our studio operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for retouching and enhancing product images to meet brand quality standards, ensuring fast turnaround times while maintaining consistency across all catalogue and marketing visuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality image retouching including background removal, color correction, skin/fabric refinement, and defect removal using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
- Ensure all edited images comply with STYLI's brand style guide and image quality standards
- Deliver edited images within agreed turnaround times (TAT) to support daily shoot and upload schedules
- Utilize AI-based image enhancement tools to improve editing speed and consistency
- Perform SKU-to-image validation to ensure accurate mapping and prevent catalogue mismatches
- Collaborate with QC team to address flagged issues and minimize rework/revisions
- Maintain organized file naming, folder structure, and version control for all edited assets
- Flag recurring image quality or sample issues to the Studio Operations Manager for resolution
- Stay updated on new editing techniques, tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve output quality
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in product/fashion image editing, preferably in eCommerce or retail
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom (Camera Raw)
- Understanding of color correction, cropping standards, and image resolution requirements
- Knowledge of file formats and web-optimized image specifications
Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to take feedback and implement corrections efficiently
