About the Role – Implementation Specialist

As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end implementation of our GST products. The role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating product configuration and integrations, conducting product demonstrations, and training, and ensuring successful implementation and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation of GST products.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate product configuration and deployment.
• Support ERP/API integrations in collaboration with internal technical teams.
• Conduct product demonstrations, user training, and post-implementation support.
• Guide clients on GST compliance and return filing processes.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Compliance teams.
• Track project timelines, documentation, risks, and client issues.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Visit client locations as required.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in GST return filing and/or indirect taxation.
• Understanding of APIs, ERP integrations, or software implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects effectively.
• Customer-focused approach with strong ownership and execution skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
