What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of professional engineering experience
- Startup experience strongly preferred — comfortable in a fast-moving environment without a polished playbook
- Ability to operate autonomously and own work end to end
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Based in India with the ability to overlap core U.S. business hours
- Product company background preferred over agency or consulting work that rotates between client projects
Nice to Have
- Experience at a company that scaled through an early growth stage (roughly $1M to $10M ARR)
- Fintech, SaaS, or AI/ML domain experience
- Prior experience as an early or founding technical hire
