Key Requirements
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, applications, operating systems, and basic networking.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- ITIL certification preferred.
- Experience in Incident Management, Service Requests, troubleshooting, ticketing, and SLA adherence.
- Ability to resolve issues remotely and escalate complex incidents when required.
Experience with knowledge base and ticket documentation.
