🚀 Hiring | Oracle HCM Integration Developer (Remote/Hybrid)

We are looking for a skilled Oracle HCM Integration Developer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and third-party/business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain inbound/outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Work on HCM Extracts, BI Reports, Fast Formula, PL/SQL and Oracle HCM data transformations.
• Design and develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, XML and JSON.
• Perform integration testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization and production support.
• Prepare technical specifications, design documents and integration documentation.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams, vendors and external partners on integration solutions.
• Ensure data security, accuracy, error handling and adherence to integration best practices.
• Mentor and guide technical resources on Oracle HCM and OIC integration development.

• 2+ years of experience with OCI/OIC.
• Hands-on experience across the SDLC and implementation lifecycle.
