About the Role

greytHR is looking for enthusiastic Graduates & Post Graduates to join our Sales and Product Support teams. This is a paid internship offering hands-on exposure to the SaaS/HR Tech industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Sales or Product Support team in day-to-day activities.
• Sales: Lead generation, outbound calling, lead qualification, follow-ups, and customer engagement.
• Product Support: Handle customer queries, assist with basic troubleshooting, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Learn and understand greytHR's products and solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and support team objectives.

Candidate Profile

• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and customer-focused.
• Interested in building a career in SaaS Sales, Product Support, or Customer Success.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
