Location: Ambattur, Chennai (Work from Office)
Shift: Night Shift
Weekly Off: Rotational Week Offs
Walk-In Location: Ambattur Industrial Estate 1st Cross Rd, Sai Nagar, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai, Tamil Nadu - 600058.
Please note that this role is intended for experienced candidates and is not suitable for freshers.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process.
- Technical Support experience is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to international customers.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
