Job Description:
- Manage Microsoft Intune for enterprise device management and security
- Administer Windows 10/11, device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and application deployment
- Manage macOS devices using JAMF Pro
- Manage iOS/iPadOS devices using Intune and JAMF
- Configure Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE)
- Manage Windows Autopilot and zero-touch provisioning
- Implement Conditional Access, endpoint security, compliance policies, and Microsoft Defender
- Deploy and manage applications across Windows and Apple platforms
- Create automation and remediation scripts using PowerShell and Bash/Shell
- Troubleshoot endpoint enrollment, application deployment, compliance, and security issues
- Support endpoint lifecycle management, migrations, and enterprise mobility initiatives
