IT Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an IT Engineer to manage IT systems, user accounts, technical support, backup/recovery, and basic infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and IT technical support to users.
• Manage systems, user accounts, access, and IT assets.
• Perform backup and recovery activities.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues.
• Support basic networking and infrastructure requirements.
• Assist with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments.
• Maintain IT documentation and coordinate with vendors when required.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc./MCA in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.

Required Skills

• Experience as a Desktop Support Engineer / IT Support Engineer / IT Engineer.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Preferred Skills

• Windows/Linux administration.
• LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• IT helpdesk/ticketing tools.
• Basic cybersecurity knowledge.
