IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Noida, Sector 16 Work Mode: Work from Office Experience: 2+ Years in IT/Technology Recruitment ⚡ Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
What We're Looking For
✔️ 2+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end IT/Technology Recruitment. ✔️ Expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals. ✔️ Strong Boolean and X-Ray search skills. ✔️ Experience hiring across technologies such as Java, Python, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, SAP, Testing, RPA, and Full Stack Development. ✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. ✔️ Knowledge of ATS and MS Excel. ✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
