Job Summary
ConvexTech IT Staffing Pvt Ltd is hiring experienced IT and Non-IT Recruiters to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates while maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and source potential candidates through various channels.
Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
Maintain and update candidate databases in ATS/CRM systems.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
Requirements
Minimum 1+ years of experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment.
Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of hiring processes and market trends.
