Location : Only Bangalore and who are willing to relocate to Bangalore only.

Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
- Build and enhance platform applications, administration consoles, dashboards, backend services, and APIs.
- Leverage AI coding agents to accelerate software development, code generation, testing, debugging, and productivity improvements.
- Develop and integrate AI agents and agent-based workflows to support business and platform requirements.
- Work with Python for automation, data processing, AI integrations, and agent development tasks.
- Design and implement data processing pipelines and analytical solutions using Trino, Apache Spark, or equivalent technologies.
- Build and manage data lake architectures using Apache Iceberg, Delta Lake, or similar technologies.
- Implement and enforce security, governance, and access control policies using Open Policy Agent or equivalent RBAC solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade applications.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security through best engineering practices.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding agents in software development workflows.
- Experience in Python development.
- Experience in AI Agent Development.
- Knowledge of Trino or equivalent technologies such as Apache Spark.
- Experience with Apache Iceberg or equivalent technologies such as Delta Lake.
- Working knowledge of Open Policy Agent or equivalent RBAC and authorization tools.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud-native application development and modern DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
